Full Quote
Itemised rooms, access, packing and extras for a fixed price.
A Full Quote lists what’s actually being moved, so the price is fixed rather than a range. The client gives full addresses, adjusts the items in each room, adds anything big, and answers a few questions about access. It takes a few minutes longer than a Quick Quote and gives the crew a proper inventory on the day.

What’s different from a Quick Quote#
| Part of the form | On a Full Quote |
|---|---|
| Where | Full addresses: apartment, street number, street, suburb, state and postcode. With Google Maps connected, addresses are suggested as the client types. |
| Do you need a hand? | Adds Cleaning (charged per room, $45 by default). |
| Rooms | Each room has a Furnished tick box and a list of its items to adjust. |
| Extras | + add anything BIG we haven’t mentioned? for items like a piano or pool table. |
| Your details | Property questions about parking, the driveway, the building manager, lift protection and valuables. |
| Price | One fixed total instead of a range. |
Adjusting the items in a room#
Each room opens to show the items it’s assumed to have for its size, with a count next to each. The client changes the counts, removes what they don’t have and adds what’s missing. Items that need two people are tagged “2-person lift”.

- Boxes: each room has a box choice of None, 2, 4, 6 or 8 large boxes.
- Furnished: untick it for an empty room. Its items are left out of the price.
- Anything big: type a name and a count. Each extra item is priced as 30 minutes of handling and 1 m³ of truck space. Mention anything really unusual in the notes too.

Property details#
These questions don’t change the price but tell the crew what to expect. They’re on the job sheet and the crew’s phone.
- Are there any restrictions on parking?
- Is there a load limit for the driveway?
- Is there a height limit for the driveway?
- Has the building manager been notified?
- Will lifts be provided with protection?
- Valuable or precious items we should know about?

How the fixed price is worked out#
The same way as a Quick Quote, using the items listed instead of the defaults: handling time, stairs or lift, packing and unpacking, crew speed, travel and truck trips, rounded up to the quarter hour with the 4-hour minimum. See How prices are worked out.
Quotes saved with a Full Quote#
The office sees every room and item on the quote, and the items carry through to the job. The crew tick them off as they’re loaded on the Items tab of the job sheet.
