Getting started
What RooMoverRoo does, how to sign in, find your way around and read the statuses.
Start here if you’re new to RooMoverRoo. These pages explain how a move travels through the app, how to sign in, how the screens are laid out, and what the statuses and words you’ll see every day mean.
Everything happens in one place, the app at /roo. The office works from a computer, the crew work from their phones, and clients use the booking form and their own quote page. Nobody needs to learn Frappe Desk.
1. QuoteThe client builds a Quick or Full quote online, or staff create one.
2. BookThey pick a date and pay a deposit, or ask for a call first.
3. ReviewStaff check the price, access and crew, then confirm.
4. MoveThe crew works from the job sheet and SOP on their phone.
5. RecordTimes are rounded down, the bill is sent and the job is kept.
