Integrations
Stripe payments, Xero accounting, Outlook calendar, Google Maps and email.
RooMoverRoo works on its own, and each of these connections is optional. Turn on the ones you use from /roo/settings. Only Roo Admin users can see and change the integration tabs.
| Connection | What it adds | Without it |
|---|---|---|
| Stripe | Deposits by card, Apple Pay and Google Pay, the balance charged to the same card after the move, automatic refunds. | Clients can still book with “call me first”, and you record payments by hand. |
| Xero | An invoice for every finished job, with the deposit and balance applied as payments. | Use the job record and the Payments screen for your accounts. |
| Outlook | Every job appears and stays up to date in the owner’s Microsoft 365 calendar. | The job-sheet email still carries an .ics calendar file you can open in any calendar. |
| Google Maps | Address suggestions, travel time with traffic for the chosen date and time, distance and tolls. | Addresses are typed, and the fallback travel time (30 minutes by default) is used. |
| Quotes, receipts, job sheets, reminders and staff alerts. | Nothing is emailed. Set this up first. |
