Clients
Every client with their moves, spend and source, built automatically from quotes and jobs.
Clients at /roo/customers lists everyone who has had a quote or a move. You don’t add clients by hand: the app builds the list from quotes and jobs, matching people by their email address, so a repeat client keeps one record with all their moves.
The list#
The columns are Client, Email, Phone, Source (how they first found you), Moves, Spent and Last move. Use the search box to find someone.
A client’s history#
Click a client to see their details, the number of moves and the total spent, and every job and quote they’ve had. Click a job or quote to open it.
Repeat clients#
The Dashboard’s Client rating card counts repeat clients, and quotes can carry the source “Repeat Client”. Every finished job also gives the client a personal thank-you code for their next move, which they can share with a friend. See Promo codes and discounts.
